Våra myntor står inte art-specifikt, så de bildar en härlig blandning av ca fem olika myntor, eftersom de lätt bildar "hybrider" genom korsbefruktning. Därför är smaken mer komplex och intressant än de artspecifika myntorna. Passar mycket bra i te och bakverk.
Använd de grovmalda bladen direkt i teet, så stannar de i kannan - eller mal dem ännu mer för användning i t ex bakverk.
Generellt: Myntor används som krydda för sitt innehåll av aromatiska oljor och de används i konfektyr, likör, glass, choklad, te mm.

Organically grown, air-dried and coursely ground peppermint leaves. About 0.21 oz.
Our mint plants grow together, so they create a wonderful mix of about 5 different species, since they easily create "hybrids" by cross-breeding. Thus, the flavour is more complex and interesting than species-specific ones. Very suitable for tea and baking.
Use the coursely ground leaves directly in a tea-pot and the leaves will stay in the pot - or grind them more for use in e.g. baking.
Generally: MInts are used as a spice due to their content of aromatic oils, used in candy, liqueur, ice-cream, chocolate, tea, etc.
